摘要
通过对孵化出的雏鸡按羽色分类和剖检鉴别性别等手段 ,研究豫州蛋鸡Ⅰ×Ⅲ配套系商品代的羽色类型和性别的关系 ,结果表明 :豫州蛋鸡Ⅰ×Ⅲ配套系的商品代雏鸡具有羽色自别雌雄的特征 ,其自别率可达 97%。其中纯红羽和纯白羽均为母雏 ;白羽背部有红斑的雏鸡 10 0 %为公雏 ;白羽头有红斑者 ,92 4 %为母雏 ;白羽背有红条纹者 ,母雏比例为 86 3% ,淡红羽者 ,母鸡率为 33 3%。
By means of classification on feather color and anatomic identification of the hatchlings,the relationship between feather color types and sex of commercial squabs from the complete set of Yuzhou layer breeding Ⅰ×Ⅲ was studied.Result showed that commercial squabs from Yuzhou layer breeding Ⅰ×Ⅲ had the traits of the feather auto sex discrimination,the accurate rate of which reached to 97%.Hatchlings with feather color of purely red and white are all pullets.Hatchlings with white feather and red spots on their backs are absolutely cockalorums.In those of white feather and red spots on their heads,pullets account for 92 4%;In those of white feather and red stripes on their backs,pullets account for 86 3%;In pink feather's,pullets only amount to 33 3%.
