植酸酶在蛋鸡饲料中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 选用500只72周龄豫州褐壳蛋鸡,随机分成1个对照组和4个处理组,每组设2个重复。以玉米—豆粕为基础日粮,通过降低饲料中有效磷水平,添加不同比例植酸酶的方法进行饲喂试验。结果表明,处理组与对照组在产蛋率、蛋壳强度和厚度上无明显差异,但单只蛋重与蛋黄中总含磷量明显优于对照,血清磷含量提高16.19%~29.33%,植酸磷的利用率提高11.20%~29.40%,粪磷的排放量减少2.02%~13.75%。 Yuzhou brown eggshell layers,72 weeks old, were selected for the experiment,and randomly divided into one control group and four treated groups, with two replications.The basic diets consisted of corn and soyabean meal.The feeding experiment was conducted by reducing the level of effective phosphorus in diets and meanwhile supplementing different levels of phyase.The results obtained were as follows:there were no remarkable difference between the control group and treated groups in laying rate as well as in intensity and thickness of eggshell,but treated groups were superior to the control one in weight per egg and total phosphorus in yolk;the content of serum phosphorus increased by 16.19%29.33%,the utilization rate of phytate phosphours increased by 11.20%29.40%and the level of total phosphorus in excrement decreased by 2.02%13.75%.
