摘要
对温度在线检测用热敏元件的阻温特性和时效稳定性尤为重要,可确保其准确、可靠和长期运行。为此,分析热敏材料的微观结晶形态和耐热性参数对时效稳定性的影响。实验结果证实,用共混改性含氟高聚物的热敏元件,对改善阻温特性的时效稳定性是有效的。
The temperature-resistance character and the time stability of thermal sensitive element for temperature monitoring are a important function. For ensuring precise and reliability and operating in long time, The influence of micro-crystalline morphology and heat-resistance on the time stability of composite material was analyzed. The experiment results proved that modified fluorine-polymer as a thermal sensitive element is effective in improving the time stability of the thermal-resistance character.
