丹参、赤芍对实验性肝损伤肝细胞保护作用的机理研究 被引量:144

Study on Protective Mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Paeonia llctiflora for Experimental Liver Damage

摘要 本文观察了丹参,赤芍对实验性肝损伤大鼠的肝组织细胞的保护作用。通过肝损伤大鼠肝的光镜及电镜的病理变化及其血浆纤维联结蛋白水平的消长,显示出丹参可以刺激大鼠血浆纤维联结蛋白水平的升高,从而提高其网状内皮系统的吞噬功能及调理素活性,防止肝脏自知免疫损伤,达到保护肝细胞和促进肝细胞再生的作用。赤芍效果次之。 Experimental model of acute liver damage with D-galactosamine was made.Thereafter,Salvia miltiorrhiza(SM)and Paeonia lactiflora(PL)were given to the rats.Survival rate of rats and liver coefficient(liver weight/body weight)were observed.Changes of ALT and bilirubin in serum were detected.Level of plasma fibronectin(PFN)was determined at various times.Changes of pathologi- cal histology under microscope and electron-microscope were observed.The results showed that SM and PL could increase plasma fibronectin levels in rats,and improve the reticuloendothelial system function and plasma opsonic activity.Aggregation of microaggregated albumin,collagen fragment and immune complexes were markedly reduced.Liver immune damage and microcirculation dis- order were avoided.Meanwhile,PFN could cause increase of phagocytosis of Kupffer cell to endotoxin.It is concluded that SM and PL play an important role in protective hepatocyte.
