摘要
研究结果表明 ,杏鲍菇最适培养料为棉籽壳培养料 ,培养料C/N以 2 0~ 2 1∶1为佳 ,最适每袋培养料装量为 30 0 g ,最适接种量为 1.5 % ,若每袋加 3mL“86 4” ,生物学效率可达 92 .4 %。
The result of our research showed that the optimum compost for Pleurotus eryngii was cotton seed hull compost with a C/N of 20~21∶1,a content of 300g compost per bag and a spawning rate of 1.5%. And the best cultivation mode was bag cultivation mode. If 3mL'864'per bag was added, the biological efficiency might come up to 92.4%.
