摘要
目的 观察新生儿缺氧程度对心、肝、肾损伤的敏感性。方法 在窒息缺氧后 48h内取动脉血 ,用 71 70生化仪测定血生化全套 ,观察心、肝、肾功能变化。结果 新生儿窒息缺氧首先表现为心肌酶谱改变 ,其次为肝、肾损伤 ,轻度窒息缺氧心肌酶谱轻度增高 ,一般 7~ 1 0d均能恢复正常 ,而肝、肾损伤不明显。结论 心肌细胞对缺氧比肝、肾组织敏感 。
Objective To observe the sensitivity of the damage of the heart,liver and kidney on the different degree of neonatal asphyxiant anoxia.Methods After 48 hours since the onset of neonatal asphyxiant anoxia,arterial blood was exained,using 'Japan HITACHI 7170 MODEL'biochemical instrument for some relatcd assays including myocardialases.Results The first pathogenic feature was the elevation of normal velue of myocardialases due to heart muscular damage caused by tissues anoxia.The function of liver and the kidney,changed,gradually and slightly.The elevation degree of myocardialases was positively retaled to myocardial damage,retured to normal after 7~8 days.Conclusion The cardiac muscle cells are more sensitivity to anoxia than liver and kidney,and the degree of damage are positive associated with the duration and degree of the tissue anoxia.
