摘要
ERP是当今企业界流行的提高企业竞争力的重要管理理念和管理技术。本文从基础数据管理的角度研究ERP的实施 :建立工程数据库和科学合理的编码体系 ,规划整理企业基础数据 ,构建科学有效的基础数据管理系统、管理组织和管理制度 。
ERP is the critical and fashionable management idea and management technology to increase the enterprise's competitiveness.The article studies the ERP implementation from the basic data planning and processing: building engineering database and scientific coding system to process enterprise basic data, and establishing an effective basic data management system, management organization and management rules to guarantee the successful implementation of ERP.
