摘要
为有效地保证BOM视图之间的数据完整性、正确性和一致性,在分析产品及其零部件之间的装配关系描述模型的基础上,提出了BOM视图之间的转换方法。通过定义'继承部件'、'虚设部件'、'中间部件'和'外协部件'及其相关映射函数实现了从设计BOM和工艺BOM到制造BOM的转换,实际应用表明BOM视图转换技术是有效和可行的。
In order to keep the data integral, correct and consistent in many BOM views, based on the mathematical describing model about the product and parts assembling relation in EBOM, PPBOM and MBOM, a mapping model is presented to deal with the transform among them. It is realized to transform into MBOM from EBOM and PPBOM by four special parts and the relevant mapping functions, which are defined as the successive parts, virtual parts, intermediate parts and collaborating parts. The practical application shows the BOM view mapping model is efficient and feasible.
