摘要
在模糊数学理论和层次分析原理的基础上建立了水库移民安置质量模糊综合评定模型 ,将移民安置质量划分为优秀、良好、中等、较差、很差 5个评定等级 ,并确定了每个等级的分值范围和标准分。以某大型水库的两个移民安置点为例 ,利用该模型对移民安置质量进行了综合评价与对比分析 ,使内容复杂、同时涉及自然与社会科学的水库移民项目管理工作程序化和定量化成为可能。
Based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics and the principle of hierarchical analysis, a model for comprehensively evaluating reservoir resettlement effects are developed. Reservoir resettlement effects are classified as 5 evaluation grades: excellent, fine, medium, poor and very poor grades. For every grade, its point scope and standard points are stipulated. Two resettlement villages are taken for example and their resettlement effects are comprehensively evaluated and compared by using this model. Results show that it is possible to quantitatively evaluate the project management of reservoir resettlement although this work is complicated and involves with a wide range of sociology and natural science.
