摘要
随着社会经济发展的日新月异,移民安置方式逐渐从单一化向多元化方向发展。以我国东、西部区域经济发展为基础,本着"以人为本、科学发展"的原则,切实让移民群众"搬得出、稳得住、逐步能致富",探讨分析了多样化组合安置方式。论述了水库移民式样化安置方式与区域经济发展的关系。针对东、西部地区自然环境条件、社会经济发展状况、移民劳动力素质等,选择不同的组合安置方式。在具体实施过程中,对可能出现的问题提出了相应的对策措施,以利于移民工作的顺利开展。
With the economic development, the way of reservoir resettlement is changed from uniformity to diversification. Ac- cording to regional economic development in the east and west of China, the diversified resettlement mode is discussed to ensure a better life of immigrant under the principle of ＂ people - oriented＂ and ＂ scientific development＂ , which helps realized the smooth relocation and stable residence. The correlation between the modes and regional economic development are also elabora- ted. In addition, different resettlement modes for immigrants are chosen in view of natural condition, socioeconomic development and labor quality of immigrants in the east and west regions. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve the pos- sible problems in the process of specific implementation.
