摘要
用高压电造成大鼠双后肢对称陆电击伤模型,设实验与对照组研究其修复和修复前后创口肌组织的病理学变化发现,在伤后72h 内,保留部分失活的重要结构、皮瓣覆盖和局部药物促活的综合治疗方法有效地减少了伤后的截残。光镜及电镜观察进一步证头,修复后24h 在断裂的肌纤维中就有新生的结缔组织出现,继尔出现新生的肌细胞,2周内基本接近正常形态。
66 rats were submitted to bilateral hindlimb high-voltage electric injuries.When pallia- tive debridement,followed by flap transplantation,was done within 48 hours after the in- jury,both the external appearance and functions were restored satisfactorily.On the con- trary,when radical debridement or skin grafting with split thickness skin was done,all the limbs lost their functions.The results suggest that early palliative debridement and good coverage with skin flap are feasible in the treatment of electric burns.
