摘要
将0.3mm厚的新鲜尸体皮或豚鼠皮肤在抗冻液中浸泡30分钟,装入塑料袋封口后,直接放人—20℃低温冰箱内储存。储存前及储存后14、30、45、60、75天,测定皮块内的琥珀酸脱氢酶含量及氧耗量。储存60天后,两组琥珀酸脱氢酶及氧耗量均为50%左右,储存75天后仅为30%左右(以储存前测定值为100%)。;临床应用—20℃冷冻储存的自体皮移植于残余肉芽创面37例次,取得了良好效果。作者认为应用本方法储存的皮肤应在45天内用完,最长不要超过60天。本法尤其适合于没有—80℃低温冰箱或液氮容器的单位。
AbstractSmall pieces of fresh guinea pig or cadaveric skin,0.3mm in thickness,were soaked in cryoprotective so-lution for 30 min, then were put into plastic bags andkept in 20℃ refrigerator. Before and after 14,30,45,60,75 days storage,the skin were sent for succinaedehydrogenase assay(modified Hershey’s method)andoxygen consumption determination(microelectrolytemethod).The average viabilities measured by succi-nated dehydrogenase and oxygen consumption werenearly 50%after 60 days storage and 30%after 75days storage in both guinea pig and cadaveric skin.37times of autologous skin stored at 20℃ for 1~26days were grafted on the granulation wounds with goodresults.Skin can be preserved viably at 20℃ for 45dyas but not longer than 60 days。This method may behelpful for hospital which has no 80℃ deep freezeror liquid nitrogen container.
