十二水合硫酸铁铵催化合成乙酸酯的研究

摘要 以十二水合硫酸铁铵为催化剂合成乙酸酯。考察了饱和脂肪醇的碳链结构对酯化反应的影响以及乙酸正丁酯合成反应条件。实验结果表明 ,十二水合硫酸铁铵具有良好的催化活性 ,醇碳链的空间位阻作用对酯化反应有显著影响。在优化反应条件下 ,乙酸正丁酯的平均酯化率为 97.8% . Acetates were synthesized with ammonium ferric sulfate as catalyst.The influences of constructure of saturated aliphatic alcohols on esterification were examined,and the preparation conditions of n butyl acetate were also inspected.The results showed that this catalyst was excellent,and the average yield of n butyl acetate could reach 97.8% under the optimum conditions. The steric hindrance effect was strong about the influence of constructure of alcohols on the esterifications .
