摘要
针对龙特甫A具有配合力好、异交率高、制种产量高 ,但育性不稳定的特性 ,选用具有互补性状的地谷B、珍汕 97B与龙特甫B进行复合杂交 ,后代根据育种目标选株与珍汕 97A测交并经多代回交选育出不育性稳定且基本保留龙特甫A优良特性的新不育系T5 5A。用其与抗稻瘟病性强的恢复系蜀恢 5 37配制成的杂交稻新组合T优 5 5 37具有高产、稳产、抗稻瘟病性强等特性 ,于 2 0 0 2年 2月通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定 。
In accordance of the characteristics of Longtepu A in good combining ability, high seed production yield for its high outcrossing rate but instable male sterility, Digu B and Zhenshan 97B with complementary characters to Longtepu B were chosen to make multiple hybridization with Longtepu B. In the F 4 generation, the single plants with desirable characters catering to the breeding objectives were selected to testcross with Zhenshan 97A, and in the following generations, the single plants in completely male sterile lines were successively backcrossed in pairs with the single plants similar to Longtepu B in appearence in their corresponding male parental lines. In 1997, T55A with both stable male sterility and the favorable characteristics of Longtepu A was developed. The new hybrid T You 5537, derived from T55A and Shuhui 537 with strong blast resistance and registered for release to farmers' fields in Fujian Province in January 2002, is featured with high and stable yield, strong resistance to rice blast, and shows a good prospect in production.
