摘要
对菊芋中菊粉的提取工艺条件进行了初步研究.结果表明:提取温度、提取时间、提取水的用量、提取的次数都对菊芋中菊粉的提取率有一定的影响;在确定料水质量比为1:1,一次性提取的情况下,提取温度为95℃,提取时间为15 min为最佳提取工艺条件.
The technology of extracting inulin from halianthus tuber was studied. The results of the experiment showed that the temperature, time, expense of water and the number of times of extraction are effective factors for the extraction rate. The optimal process conditions are 1: 1 of rate of halianthus tuber and water at 95 tfor 15min.
