摘要
目的 探讨原发性骨恶性纤雏组织细胞瘤的X线表现。方法 回顾性分析5例经手术病理及骨穿证实为原发性骨恶性纤雏组织细胞瘤的临床资料及X线表现。结果 恶性纤维组织细胞瘤X线平片主要表现为大块状骨质破坏,界限不清,无骨质硬化、肿瘤骨和骨膜增生,多发生于管状骨,早期软组织肿块不明显等。本组5例均为大块骨质破坏缺损,边界模糊不清;3例发生于管状骨占本组病例的60％;无1例软组织肿块影。结论 X线平片对原发性骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的诊断具有一定的特异性,但确诊还必须依靠病理学检查。
Objective To study the X-ray manifestation of primary malignant fibrous histiocytoma of bone. Methods 5 cases of primary malignant fibrous histiocytoma of bone comfirmed by pathology and osteostixis were reviewed retrospectively.Results The mostly X-ray plain film of malignant fibrous histiocytoma presented massive destruction of bone, no clear limit, no osteosclerosis, tumor bone and periosteal proliferation. The common occurring place was tubular bone. The mass of soft tissue wasn't distinct in the early stage. All 5 cases presented massive destruction of bone, no clear limit and no image of mass of soft tissue.Conclusions The X-ray examination is very important, but the confirmed diagnosis of primary malignant fibrous histiocytoma of bone must depends on the pathology.
