摘要
目的提高对纤维性骨皮质缺损X线表现的认识。方法回顾性分析我院收治的31例纤维性骨皮质缺损患者的临床资料和X线平片。结果本组31例共38个病灶,其中股骨远侧干骺端28例,胫骨近侧干骺端6例,腓骨近侧干骺端2例,肱骨近侧干骺端1例。桡骨远侧干骺端1例。双侧发病7例,单侧发病24例。其X线表现:1.好发于长骨干骺端的皮质;2.椭圆形透光区,界线清晰,与骨干长轴一致,并可见硬化缘或正常骨密度的边缘;3.病变内残留的骨嵴使病变呈多房样改变,其内无钙化。4.病灶周围无骨膜反应及软组织肿胀。结论纤维性骨皮质缺损具有特征性的X线表现,结合临床及典型发病部位,平片可以明确诊断,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To improve the fibrous cortical defect X-ray showed understanding. Methods A retrospective analysis of 31 cases in our hospital fibrous cortical defect clinical data and X-ray film. Results The group of 38 lesions in 31 cases, including 28 cases of metaphyseal distal femur, proximal tibia metaphyseal six cases, two cases of metaphyseal proximal fibula, humerus proximal metaphyseal one case. Radial distal metaphysis 1 case. Bilateral disease in 7 cases, 24 cases of unilateral disease. Its X- ray findings： 1. Occur in the long bone metaphyseal cortex, 2 oval photic zone, clear boundaries, consistent with the long axis of the backbone, and the visible edge or normal bone mineral density in hardened edge, 3. Residual lesion so that diseased bone crest was more room like change, within which no calcification. 4 around the lesion without periosteal reaction and soft tissue swelling. Conclusion fibrous cortical defect has a characteristic X-ray findings, combined with the typical clinical and anatomical site, plain film can confirm the diagnosis, a higher clinical value.
