摘要
目的 :研究18α -甘草酸及γ -干扰素的抗肝纤维化作用。方法 :以二甲基亚硝胺腹腔注射诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,染毒开始及染毒后5wk分别用18α -甘草酸和γ -干扰素预治疗和治疗肝纤维化。并与正常组比较 ,观察各组病理变化及肝纤维化程度。结果 :18α -甘草酸预治疗组和治疗组肝纤维化程度均与γ -干扰素组相近 (P>0 05) ,且治疗组肝纤维化程度明显小于染毒对照组(P<0 05) ,其肝羟脯氨酸、血清透明质酸水平较染毒组明显降低。结论 :18α -甘草酸有较好的抗肝纤维化作用。
OBJECTIVE:To study the anti-hepatofibrotic action of 18α-glycyrrhizic acid(18α-GL) and gamma interferon (IFN-γ) in rats METHODS:The rat model of liver fibrosis was induced by dimethyl nitrosamine(DMN),18α-GL or IFN-γ was administrated before and 5 weeks after giving DMN,to prevent and treat liver fibrosis The pathological changes and degree of fibrosis in the liver were observed and compared with that of DMN control group RESUTLS:Compared to DMN control group,the collagen deposition in both 18α-GL and INF-α groups was significantly slight in degree(P<0 05) and the levels of hydroxyproline and hyaluronic acid were significant lower There was no obvious difference between 18α-GL group and IFN-γ group CONCLUSION:These results showed that 18α-GL had anti-hepatofibrotic action in experimental rats
