特比萘芬的临床应用研究进展 被引量：14

摘要 特比萘芬是一种有效的抗真菌药物 ,对于头癣、手足癣、体股癣、甲真菌病等浅部真菌病具有较好的疗效 ,并且耐受良好 ,不良反应轻 ,最常见的不良反应是胃肠道反应和皮疹 ,然而在临床应用过程中仍须注意其可能发生的少见的严重不良反应 ,如超敏反应综合征和急性肝坏死。关于特比萘芬在深部真菌病的应用 ,临床资料十分有限 。
