摘要
由N-甲基-1-萘甲胺与环氧氯丙烷反应生成的1-氯-3-[(甲基-1-萘甲基)氨基]-2-丙醇在碱性条件下环氧化制得标题化合物,总收率83%。
3- E （Methyl-1-naphthylmethyl） amino] -1,2-epoxypropane was prepared by reaction of N-methy-1- naphthylmethylamine with epichlorohydrin at room temperature in methanol to give 1-chloro-3- Emethyl- 1-naphthylmethyl） amino]-2-propanol followed by epoxidation in 50 %KOH solution - THF with an overall yield of 83 %.
