摘要
在介绍网上证券交易的特征的基础上 ,分析了网上证券交易对传统证券交易的影响 ,最后提出传统证券交易所的应对之策。
The article states the characteristics of securities exchange on Internet,and discusses the effect of securities exchange in Internet in tradition securities exchange,and introduces some countermeasures about traditional stock exchange.
