摘要
讨论了基于密集性、交互性、沉浸性、清晰性和直观性特征的虚拟现实技术对旧城居住区更新改造动态决策的适应性 ,建立了基于虚拟现实技术的旧城居住区更新改造动态决策系统 ,研究了旧城居住区改造规划设计、环境保护改善、改造项目投资、改造综合效益、改造项目实施和改造公众参与等动态决策二级要素 。
The adaptability of virtual reality technology based on the characters of intensive, interactive, immersive, illustrative and intuitive for dynamic decision of renewal and modernization of old city house area is disscused. The dynamic decision system of renewal and modernization of old city house area based on virtual reality is built. The main elements of dynamic decision system of old city house area such as renewal planning and design, environment improvement and protection, project investment, comprehensive benefits, project enforcement and public participation are studied, and the method that builds sub-system of dymanic decision is put forward.
