摘要
重庆"下半城"旧城居住区却因地势较为陡峭狭窄,长期发展缓慢,呈现出土地使用效益低,建筑物及城市景观破旧而颓废,居民生活品质低落的现象。但是,随着城市的向外扩展,对下半城旧城居住区的改造自然而然成为城市进一步发展的战略重点。因此,拟就代表着重庆山城江城风貌的两江沿线下半城旧城居住区的再生进行一些探讨与思考。
In the old community of Chongqing lower urban area, the society and economy developed slowly, the land use was inefficient, the building and landscape are declining, the living quality of the residents is low. However, with the extension of the city, the renewal of old community of Chongqing lower urban area becomes an important strategy point. In this paper,the author intends to study the regeneration of the old community as representative of mountain-river city scenery of Chongqing.
