摘要
目的采用RP HPLC法对 1 0个产地的白茅根的氯仿提取物进行了指纹图谱的研究 ,并与混淆品进行了对照。方法色谱柱为Kromasil ODS柱 ;流动相为甲醇 水 (4 5∶5 5 ) ;流速为 0 8mL/min;检测波长为 3 2 3nm ,用 4,7 二甲氧基 5 甲基 香豆素作为对照峰 ,进行指纹图谱研究。结果白茅根药材的指纹图谱与其混淆品相比较 ,有明显区别。结论白茅根药材的指纹图谱能用于鉴定是否为正品白茅根。
Objective By reversed phase HPLC to establish the fingerprints of the chloroform ane extract of Rhizoma imperatae from 10 different producing areas,and to compare the fingerprints with the fingerprints of their adulterants.Methods The samples were separated on an ODS column with the mobile phase of methanol water(45∶55).The flow rate was 0 8 mL/min ,and the detection was set at 323 nm. The fingerprint peaks were compared with 4,7 dimethoxyl 5 methyl siderin in the test.Results All those results suggested that they were remarkably different between the fingerprints of Rhizoma imperatae with their forgeries. Conclusions The fingerprints can be used to identify whether Rhizoma imperatae was genuine or not.
