摘要
目的探讨在胎儿宫内发育受限 (FGR)胎盘组织中凋亡相关基因Bcl 2、Bax表达的关系。方法免疫组化SP法检测足月正常体重儿 (对照组 ) 2 5例和FGR组 2 0例胎盘组织中Bcl 2、Bax的表达。图像分析系统进行单个绒毛中阳性细胞率、阳性细胞面积、总面积、平均吸光度 (A)测定 ,量化Bcl 2、Bax蛋白。结果与对照组比较 ,FGR组胎盘组织中Bcl 2阳性细胞率及单个绒毛阳性细胞面积占总面积百分比均明显减少 ,A值增高 (P均 <0 0 1 ) ;而Bax阳性细胞率、面积比均明显增加 ,A值降低 (P均 <0 0 1 )。结论FGR组胎盘组织中促凋亡基因Bcl 2表达下降 。
objective To evaluate Bcl 2 and Bax gene expression of Fetal growth retardation(FGR) in placenta. Methods The expression of Bcl 2 and Bax were detected by streptavidin peroxidase techniques in placenta of 25 normal pregnancy women and 20 cases with FGR. Positive cells rate and the ratio of positive area in single villi and absorbance(A) were measured by image analysis system. Results Compared with the control, Bcl 2 positive cells rate and the area ratio of positive to villi both decreased significantly in placenta of FGR, in which A increased significantly ( P <0.01). However, the Bax results were opposite ( P <0.01).Conclusion There are lower expression of Bcl 2 and higher expression of Bax in placenta of FGR.
