摘要
本文对适用于双向电泳的微孢子虫总蛋白提取方法进行了探讨。研究表明 ,采用液氮多次冻融结合手工研磨 。
The methods of extraction of total protein of Nosema bombycis (N.b.) for 2D-PAGE (2-direction polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) were studied and a suitable procedure was identified. Repeated freezing with liquid nitrogen and thawing combined with manual grinding, followed by extraction with cleavage oil, gave a good recovery of total protein of Nosema bombycis suitable for 2D-PAGE.
