摘要
目的 了解精神病性抑郁 (PD)患者在维持治疗期间联合使用抗抑郁和抗精神病的药物对其预后的影响。方法 共收集 10 5例患者 ,分单用和联用组进行了一年的随访 ,了解其副反应 ,社会功能及复发缓解情况。结果 联合用药组在社会功能 ,复发等情况上明显优于单用组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而副反应略高于单用组 (P >0 .0 5 )。讨论 在PD的维持治疗期间应联合使用抗抑郁和抗精神病的药物。
Objective: To study the efficacy of combined fluoxetine and fentazin during maintenance treatment of the psychotic depression patients. Methods: 105 patients were divinded into two groups,one was treated with fluoxetine alone,another was treated with fluoxetine with fentazin.Through one year follow up,to study the side effects,social function and relapses of two groups. Results: Combination group was better in social function and relapses,but worse in side effects. Conclusion: It is suggested that combined drugs treatment should be used in maintenance treatment.
