摘要
在氯氮平常规治疗精神分裂症患者阴性症状中加用氟西汀治疗,观察其治疗效果、治疗时间及安全性。对82例住院患者随机分为治疗组48例,对照组34例。结果,治疗组与对照组疗效有显著差异。治疗起效时间治疗组较对照组缩短2周左右,两组安全性无明显差异。结论:氟西汀辅助治疗阴性症状疗效明显,起效时间快。
Fluoxetine was auxiliary use at the same time of routine using clozap-ine in the negative symptoms of schizophrenia, and the curative effect, treating time and safety were observed. Eighty-two in-patient patients were randomly divided into treating group(n=48) and control group(N -34). Results: There was significant difference between the two groups, the effectual time of the former was 2 weeks earlier than that of the later, there was no difference in safety between the 2 groups. Conclusions: Fluoxetine has significantly curative effect and earlier effectual time in the auxiliary treatment of negative symptoms.
