摘要
文章对高职院校学生自主学习能力的概念进行了阐述,对高职院校学生自主学习能力培养的必要性进行了分析,并在此基础上就如何培养开发高职院校学生自主学习能力从学校管理和教师教学安排两个角度进行了探究。

It is also explored in the paper about how to cultivate self-learning ability of students in Polytechnic colleges about the management from school and arrangement from teaching.
