摘要
目的 了解广州市正常人群流脑抗体水平。方法 通过横断面研究、整群抽样方法 ,应用酶联免疫吸附试验 ,对广州市 494名正常人群的 A群流脑抗体进行检测。结果 广州市正常人群A群流脑抗体总阳性率为 72 .3% ,GMT为 1∶ 10 .12。各年龄组人群流脑抗体阳性率及 GMT均不同 ,其中 5～ 9a组最高 ,30 a以上组最低 ,各年龄组间差异有统计学意义 (χ2 =15 6 .5 3,P <0 .0 1)。男性高于女性 ,差异有统计学意义 (χ2 =7.71,P <0 .0 1)。结论 广州市大部分人对 A群流脑具有免疫力 ,但 30 a以上成人流脑抗体水平低下 ,提示今后除继续做好儿童和青少年的预防接种外 ,应加强成人流脑的防治工作。
Objective To know antibody level of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in the normal population of Guangzhou. Methods A crosssectional study and group sampling method was carried out. After blood specimens collected from 494 normal persons, antibody level against Group A meningococci was detected by ELISA. Results The total antibody positive rate was 72.3% and the geometric mean titer (GMT) was 1∶10.12. The age group of 5-9 years old had the highest values, the age group of more than 30 years old had the lowest values. There was a statistical different among various age groups (χ 2=156.53, P <0.01). The antibody positive rate in the males was higher than that in the females (χ 2=156.53, P <0.01). Conclusions Most people in Guangzhou were immuned against Group A meningococci, but the antibody positive rate in adults over 30 years old was relatively low. Such results indicated that in addition to do the routine immunization in children and adolescents, it's important to strengthen the prevention and management of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis in adults in future.
