摘要
在缺血性脑疾患的治疗中,葡萄糖对神经细胞的利弊作用尚有不同看法。为进一步阐明这一问题,我们用神经细胞体外培养的模型,在缺糖或(和)缺氧的条件下,对葡萄糖的作用进行了比较,试图从形态学角度进一步评价葡萄糖对缺氧神经细胞的作用。
In this paper,we used the model of neuronculture to evaluate the effect of glucose againsthypoxic neuron by ultrastructure and cytochemistry.The result of this study clearly demonstratedthe protective effect of glucose against neuronhypoxia in vitro.we suggested that the protectivemechanism of glucose is protecting thestructure of cell membrane and the function ofNa^(+)-K^+ ATP enzyme.
