摘要
目的 探讨非膨胀浓度的全氟丙烷对复杂性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法 玻璃体切除联合 1 2 %～ 1 6 %的全氟丙烷气体充填治疗复杂性视网膜脱离 96例 ,观察其疗效及并发症。结果 治愈 78例 ,好转 7例。术后暂时高眼压 1 3例。黄斑孔视网膜脱离病例 ,术后几天内只需向对侧眼侧卧而面部尽量朝下。结论 玻璃体手术联合非膨胀浓度的全氟丙烷气体治疗复杂性视网膜脱离疗效好、并发症少。黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离患者术后头几天只需向对侧眼侧卧 ,减少俯卧位所致患者心胸受压 。
Objective To evaluate the clinic value of non expanded perfluoropropane gas for management of complicated retinal detachment.Methods 96 complicated retinal detachment cases were treated with vitrectomy and 12%～16% perfluoropropane gas.Results 78 eyes were cured and 7 eyes were improved.The intraocular pressure of 13 eyes has temporally increased postoperatively.Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with 12%～16% perfluoropropane gas is valuable in treatment of complicated retinal detachment.In the first few days after the operation, patients suffered retinal detachment with macular holes took lateral decubitus is enough to avoid dysponea and pressure of chest by taking pronation.
