摘要
目的 :探讨玻璃体切除联合非膨胀浓度 C3F8气体治疗复杂性黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离的价值。方法 :玻璃体切除联合 12 %～ 16 %的非膨胀浓度 C3F8气体治疗复杂性黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离 2 2例 2 2眼 ,与玻璃体切除联合膨胀浓度 C3F8气体治疗 2 2例 2 2眼作对照 ,观察两组疗效及并发症。结果 :两组治愈均为 2 1例 ;术后并发白内障两组各 3例 ;术后高眼压 :非膨胀浓度组1例 ,膨胀浓度组 9例 ,两组术后高眼压发生率比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :玻璃体切除联合非膨胀浓度 C3F8气体治疗复杂性黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离疗效好、并发症少 ,患者术后 10 d内不需低头位 ,可避免俯卧位所致患者心胸受压等不适。
Objective:To investigate the value of the treatment in treating complicated retinal detachment with macular hole by vitrectomy and non-expansive perfluoropropane.Methods:44 cases of complicated retinal detachment with macular hole were divided randomly into two groups. The non-expansive perfluoropro-pane group were treated by vitrectomy with 12%~16% perfluoropropane,and the expansive perfluoropropane group were treated by vitrectomy with 70%perfluoropropane.We observed the effect and the complications.Result:The final curing rate of both groups were 95% and there were 3 cases with complicated cataract in each group.In the expansive perfluoropropane group there were 9 cases suffering high intraocular pressure, but only one case in the non-expansive perfluoropropane group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Vitrectomy with nonexpansive perfluoropropane is valuable in treatment of complicated retinal detachment.
