摘要
目的 探讨冷凝联合 810激光治疗新生血管性青光眼的方法和效果。方法 对 12例中 11例严重的新生血管性青光眼患者实行分段性治疗 ,先行赤道部巩膜外冷凝 ,7天后再行睫状体 810激光光凝。另 1例直接行 810激光光凝 ,术后前房积血、渗出、反应重。结果 所有病例术中及术后无严重并发症 ,一次治疗眼压控制 10例 ,占 83 .3 3 % ,2例接受二次治疗。术后眼压控制且视力提高者占 75 %。讨论 赤道部巩膜外冷凝联合
Objective To investigate the method of cryotherapy combined 810 laser coagulation in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma and its effect.Methods 11 of 12 cases(12 eyes) of severe neovascular glaucoma received treatment by stages,scleral cryotherapy was done at the equator area firstly and ciliary coagulation was done 7 days latter with 810 laser.The other patient received ciliary coagulation directly.Results In the 12 cases,no severe complications took place during and after operation,intraocular pressure was controlled in 10 cases(83.33%) in one time of treatment,2 cases received second treatment.Intraocular pressure was controlled and vision increased in 75% patients.Hyphema and exudation appeared in the directly treated patient.Conclusion Scleral cryotherapy combined ciliary coagulaton is a good method in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma.
