摘要
目的评价睫状体及周边视网膜冷凝术治疗新生血管性青光眼的效果。方法应用国产CO2 ECS-20型冷凝器对32例（31眼）晚期青光眼进行睫状体及周边视网膜冷凝。结果术后随访1月～1年，眼压控制正常者25例，3例眼球萎缩，4例仍偏高。结论睫状体及周边视网膜冷凝术是治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼的一种有效方法。
Objective To observe the effect of neovascular glaucoma treated by cyclo and peripheral retinal cryotherapy. Methods 32 cases of late NVG were treated by CO2 ECS-20 model conderser. Results Followed up from 1 month to I year, 25 eye＇s intraocular pressure was normal, 3 eyes became atrophic bulbi, 4 eye＇ s intraocular presure was upper than 21 mmHg. Conclusion It is effective to perform eyclo and peripheral retinal cryotherapy in late NVG.
