摘要
电动叉车行走机构的静液压系统一般采用闭式回路,但在有些情况下,采用开式液压系统更便于系统的配置。采用单泵驱动多个执行机构及双级变量泵和双级定量马达配置的开式系统,具有结构简单、各执行机构动作协调、能耗低、行走系统调速范围宽等特点,有很好的应用前景。
Hydrostatic transmission system used in electric forklift truck is generally closed loop, but sometimes open loop system is more convenient for system configuration. The new open loop system discussed in this paper features several performing units driven by a hydraulic pump, 2 - stage variable displacement pump and 2 - stage fixed displancement motor. With such advantages as easy configuration, low energy loss, good movement coordinating and wide speed range, the system will has bright application prospect.
