摘要
分析了静压传动系统调节形式,在重点研究了DA阀控制调节原理的基础上,总结了静压传动无级调速、功率分配、自动变矩调节等的优点。指出静压传动是工程机械传动形式的主要发展方向。在分析了静压传动系统高速和低速两种方案特点的基础上,设计了越野叉车双变量双DA控制的静压传动系统。并针对静压系统设计过程中存在的散热、熄火等问题,给出了解决方案。这些问题的解决,使静压传动系统在野战叉车上得到了成功的应用。
The hydrostatic transmission DA valve regulation principle was analyzed, the merits of the hydrostatic transmission stepless speed regulation, the power distribution, the automatic bending moment adjustment were summarized. The cross country forklift hydrostatic transmission system was designed, the problems about the heat dissipation, the hydranlie fluid clean and the stalling of engine were proposed in the hydrostatic transmission design, and the solution was given.
