摘要
用分离的疑为鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒 (IBDV)超强毒株 (vv IBDV) He B- lf和 He B- bd接种 SPF鸡 ,36 h后接种鸡开始发病 ,发病率为 10 0 %,死亡率为 5 0 %以上。剖检可见与野外病例相同的病理变化 ,如肌肉、心脏、腺胃出血 ,法氏囊水肿或呈“紫葡萄”样外观。经血清学试验、毒力试验、鸡胚接种试验、分子生物学和电镜形态学观察均证明该两分离物为超强毒株 ,从而证明河北省鸡群中存在不同于经典 IBDV的超强毒株。
HeB-lf and HeB-bd, the two suspected virulent strains of IBDV, were inoculated to the SPF chicken, 36 hours postinoculation they were found to be infected with the infectious rate of 100% and the death rate of more than 50%. The inoculated chickens occured the similar pathologic changes to the field case. By the serological examination,virulence examination, and electron microscope observation, the two strains were proved to be very virulent strains different from classic IBDV.
