摘要
目的 探讨活化的部分凝血活酶时间 ( APTT)与血浆肝素含量之间的关系 ,及其在体外循环中的应用。方法 用 APTT法检测血浆中不同浓度的肝素含量 ,建立工作曲线 ,并用基质血浆与患者血浆进行倍比稀释测定。结果 发现血浆肝素含量在一定范围内与凝固时间的对数值呈良好的线性关系 (直线回归 ,r=0 .99) ,批内变异系数为 2 .3%~ 3.2 % ,批间变异系数为 2 .7%~ 4.9%。结论 APTT较为准确地反映血浆中肝素含量 ,通过倍比稀释 ,扩大了检测范围 ,可适用于大剂量肝素抗凝体外循环的监测 。
Opjective To detect the correlationship between APTT and plasma heparin level and It's value for clinical application in cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods APTT was used in measuring plasma heparin level and then founded working curve.The method with which the patient's primary plasma were diluted with normal mixed plasma also were used in measuring.Results A good lineated correlation between plasma heparin level and the corresponding clotting time in a certain range of concentration( r =0.99).The CV value of intra assay was 2.3%~3.2%, CV value of inter assay was 2.7%~4.9%.Conclusions APTT is one of the best methods in measuring plasma heparin level.It can enlarge the determining range by diluting and be widely used in clinical practices,especially in cardiopulmonary bypass.
