摘要
目的 :提高对外伤后迟发性蛛网膜下腔出血的CT诊断率。材料与方法 :收集 4 0例 ,均为外伤 ,所有病例作过二次以上CT检查 ,对前后所摄X线片进行了对照分析。结果 :外伤后迟发性蛛网膜下腔出血 ,早期征象是脑肿胀 ,典型CT表现是纵裂池内高密度影。结论
Purpose:To raise the rate of CT diagnosis for delayed SAH post-trauma.Materials and Methods:To collect 40 cases all were trauma,all were performed twice or more CT examination,We contrasted and analysised these cases.Results:The early sign of delayed SAH post-trauma was ceredram swelling.The typical CT expression was the high density shadow in interhemispheric fissure cistern.Conclusion:Within three days after trauma perfomed the CT reexamination could make a correct diagnosis to delayed SAH post-tranma.
