摘要
经CT扫描诊断的足月新生儿颅内出血8例,就其病因、CT表现特点及CT与超声检查的比较进行讨论。提出新生儿颅内出血与孕期、胎次、分娩方式均有一定的关系,同时还应注意新生儿因脑发育不成熟在CT扫描图像上有其特殊表现。
This paper reported 8 full-term neonates with intracranial hemorrhage confirmed by C T, and the causes of the disease, C T findings and the comparison between C T and sonography examinations were discussed with reference materials. It is suggested that the hemorrhage is concerned in certain degree with the pregnaney age, fetal numcer and delivery pattern, and certain differences exist in cemparison with that of adults In the clinic practice attention should be paid to the special features of ateiencephalia in C T images, Although sonography is the first choice of examinations to be considered for this disease, but C T scaning will also play an important role in the diagnosis not to be ignored
