摘要
甘蓝型油菜在种子发育过程中种皮中黑色素含量与多酚和游离酪氨酸呈极显著或显著负相关。提纯后黑色素的 HPL C分析结果表明黑籽和黄籽油菜种皮黑色素的组成相同。在种子发育后期 ,种皮黑色素的增加速率 (0 .2 5 5 )与游离酪氨酸 (0 .0 71)和多酚 (0 .2 0 8)含量的下降速率之和 (0 .2 79)相近 ,说明黑籽油菜中黑色素是以游离酪氨酸和多酚为前体合成的。实验结果还表明甘蓝型油菜种皮的黑色素是吲哚型和邻苯二酚型的混合型黑色素 。
Melanin had a highly negative correlation to polyphenols and free tyrosine in seed coat of Brassica napus L. during the seed development stage. Analysis of HPLC showed that the composition of melanin in yellow seed was similar to that in black one, and the difference of seed color between yellow and black seed results from that of the content of melanin in seed coat. During the late stage of seed development, the increasing rate of melanin(0.255) in seed coat approximated to the sum of the declining rate of free tyrosine ( 0.071 ) and polyhenols(0.208). It was indicated that the synthesis of melanin needed not only free tyrosine, but also polyphenols, and that melanin consisted of eumelanin and pheomelanin, and the latter was the main composition.
