摘要
草场制度是关系到草原畜牧业发展和牧区经济体制的重大问题 ,针对现行草场制度存在的问题 ,进行了深入分析 ,特别是较为全面地分析了草场制度改革的理论依据及产权理论。
Grassland system is a key issue ongrassland animal husbandryindustry and economic development in pastoral area. In this paper, the economic restriction of pastoral area by present grassland system and property right theory were analyzed. Furthermore, the direction of grassland system reformwas proposed.
