摘要
为避免生产过程中刮板输送机机尾堆链引发的断链事故,以12521工作面SGZ1000/3×1200刮板运输机为试验背景,采用ZGJ127矿用刮板机链条自动张紧电控装置,研究刮板输送机自动张紧装置的工况,监测刮板机链条自动张紧电控装置运行情况,试验得出该装置链条在油缸压力设定为1~1.1MPa时达到预期目标,可保证刮板机的正常安全运行。
In order to avoid chain breakage in the production process of scraper conveyor chain caused by chain piling in tail,working condition of automatic tension device of scraper conveyor is studied with ZGJ127 mining scraper chain automatic tension control device adopted under the test background of SGZ1000 /3 × 1200 scraper conveyor in 12521 working face.Then operation of the automatic tension electrically controlled device of the chain of scraper conveyor is monitored.The test results show that the chain of device under 1 ~ 1.1MPa cylinder pressure achieves the expected goal(1 ~ 1.1MPa),which can ensure the normal and safe operation of scraper conveyor.
