铅对孕鼠甲状腺功能及形态学的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Lead on Thyroid Function and Morphology of Pregnant Rat

摘要 本文用醋酸铅作为受试物,以三组剂量(20mg/kg、40mg/kg和60mg/kg)于大鼠受孕第十三天、十六天、十九天,三次腹腔注射染毒,对照组给生理盐水。首次观察了铅对孕鼠血清T_3、T_4水平的影响,以及从显微、亚显微水平研究了铅对孕鼠甲状腺功能影响的形态学改变。观察结果表明,醋酸铅可降低孕鼠血清T_3、T_4水平。同时,光镜下甲状腺组织呈明显的低功改变并有退行性变趋势。电镜下滤泡上皮细胞呈萎缩性改变,有关蛋白质代谢的细胞器不发达,分秘颗粒、溶酶体及胶质小泡的数量也明显减少。提示醋酸铅对甲状腺有明显的毒性作用。 Pregnant rats were given ip,20,40 and 60mg/kg lead acetate on13th,16th and 19th day of pregnancy.Normol saline was given to controls.Effect of lead on serum T_3,T_4 and pathological changes of thyroid glandwere studied.Results showed that serum T_3,T_4 of pregnant rats were de-creased by lead acetate.With light microscope,hypofunctional changes ofthyroid gland were seen and the tissue showed tendency of retrograde degener-ation.Under electron microscope,folliculsr epithelial cells showed atrophicchanges and cell organelles retated to protein metabolism were not well devel-oped.Secretory granules,lysosome and colloideal vesicles were also makedlyreduced,suggesting that lead acetate is toxic thyroid gland and hampers itsfunctions.
