摘要
通过对上海浦东国际机场及高速磁悬浮上海示范线工程项目的案例分析 ,从项目规划、设计、施工等角度总结了城市公共投资项目管理方面的思想和经验 .探讨了公共投资项目管理的基本模式 。
By analyzing the cases of the project management in Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Maglev Transportation Line, some ideas and experience of public investment projects management were summarized from the project plan, design and construction. And the basic management models of public investment projects were probed, which can be effectively applied in other similar projects.
