从项目投资控制的角度,对如何更好地发挥监理工程师在投资控制方面的职能问题进行了分析和论证,从理论上阐述了影响监理工程师投资控制职能发挥的因素。
From the angle of project investment control,this paper makes the analysis and demonstration on how to give better play to the function of supervising engineer in investment control,and expounds some factors influencing the function of supervising engineer in investment control.
