摘要
目的:观察同种异体硬脑膜包裹羟基磷灰石眼座治疗眼窝凹陷的疗效.方法 对 132例患者采用同种异体硬脑膜包裹羟基磷灰石眼座作为眶内植入物,硬脑膜包裹眼座后开窗并把直肌缝于开窗处.结果:随访1月～46个月,无排异、感染等并发症,2例发生义眼座暴露.结论:对植入羟基磷灰石眼座时已无自体巩膜或自体巩膜过小的患者,采用异体硬脑膜包裹眼座后植入,并发症少,效果满意.
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of a surgical procedure to reconstruct socket with hydroxyapatite wrapped up in the dura mater in the anopthalmic patient. Methods: Hydroxyapatite was wrapped up in the dura mater shell as a orbital implant. 132 consecutive patients were followed. Results No inflammation or implant extrusion occurred in 1-46 months of follow up. Six of 132 patients had implant exposure. The movement of the prosthesis is excellent. All patients' cosmesis were acceptable. Conclusion: The hydroxyapatite orbital implant might give good cosmetic results with good motility of the artificial eye and could be associated with a low rate of complications.
