生殖道分泌物支原体培养、半定量与耐药率调查 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,泌尿生殖道支原体感染,越发引起重视。检出手段也不断创新,新药不断开发,而支原体的耐药谱也不断发生变化,为此,要了解目前北京地区泌尿生殖道支原体中解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)的感染率和耐药性,笔者选用了IST与DM培养试剂盒,对170例生殖道标本进行了培养检测,又将前次培养阳性结果与耐药率一并统计,临床分析另文报道,现就实验部分报告如下: Objective Culture,colony count,and sensitivity and resistance to ten antibiotics of mycoplasma from secretions of genital tract were investigated,and two assay kits(home made and imported)were com- pared.Methods A French made assay kit developed by bioMerieux Co.(Mycoplasma IST)and a Chinese made assay kit developed by Ganquan Hospital(DM)were used,both of which serve the integrated purposes of iden- tification,colony count and drug sensitivity.Results The coincidence rate of IST and DM was 86.79%,with a high correlation(X^2=24.63,P<0. 005).The total isolation rate of mycoplasma was 55.88%,in which the isola- tion rates of ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and mycoplasma hominis(Mh)were 38.24% and 17.65%,respec- tively.The total isolation rate in males was 52.41% while that in females was 76.0%.The isolation rates from semen,prostatic secretion and cervical mucus were 56.14%,38.71% and 76.0%,respectively.The resistance rates of 106 strains of Uu to minocycline,spectinomycin,azithromycin,sparfloxacin,pristinamycin, josamycin,doxycycline,tetracycline,ofloxacin and erythromycin were 13.1%,21.3%,32.8%,39.3%,0%, 0%,8.9%,17.8%,17.8% and 48.9%,respectively;and the resistance rates of 41 strains of Mh to minocy-ine,spectinomycin,azithromycin,sparfloxacin,pristinamycin,josamycin,doxycline,tetracycline,ofloxacin and erythromycin were 19.2%,43.3%,42.3%,53.5%,0%,0%,6.7%,17.8%,20.0% and 93.3%,respec- tively.The cblony counts were semiquantitative reference values;treatment was based on clinical symptoms. Conclusions Culture of mycoplasma and drug sensitivity test are conducive to selection of antibiotics and reduc- tion of drug resistant strains in treatment of mycoplasma infection.Culture of mycoplasma from semen,prostat- ic secretion and cervical mucus is recommended.
