摘要
用层次分析法、模糊评价法构建了企业技术创新能力的评估指标体系,提出对企业技术创新能力进行综合评价和对不同企业技术创新能力进行比较分析的方法,为客观评价、有效制定企业的技术创新战略提供了依据,有利于提高企业的技术创新能力。
BY using AHP(analytic hierarchy process)and fuzzy evaluation,the paper esta blishes the evaluation index system and the synthetic evalu ation method of enterprises technologic innovation capabilities and p resents comparative analysis method for different enterprises innovation cap ability.Those methods can help ente rprise to evaluate and formulate the technolo gic innovation strategic and improve the capabilities.
